Job summary

Pivotal Housing Partners LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our Bloomington, IN community and support enhancements across our properties in Columbus, OH. This full-time role requires 40 hours weekly with on-call support for emergencies and a starting pay of $48K+ per year.

You will lead resident services, compliance, and financial performance while guiding maintenance and operations across assigned communities, collaborating with a dedicated team to deliver

Qualifications

• 1+ years of property management experience, specializing in Tax Credit.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Curiosity, critical thinking, and problem solving skills.
• Prior experience with YARDI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the community (people, pets, and property).
• Manage compliance, operations, concierge resident service, and financial performance.
• Assist in the management and maintenance of all facets of assigned communities.
