Fairfield is seeking a Community Manager for a 300+ unit property in Plano, TX. Lead a dynamic team, manage budgets and financial reporting, and ensure residents love where they live. You will drive occupancy, oversee operations, and elevate marketing and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in multifamily property management, strong supervisory experience, knowledge of fair housing laws, and proficiency in budgeting, financial statements, and Yardi.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on property management experience.
• Multifamily property experience required.
• Strong supervisory track record preferred.
• Knowledge of financial statements and budgeting.
• Understanding of federal/state local fair housing laws.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/evenings/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams to achieve occupancy and service goals.
• Drive financial performance with budgets and reporting.
• Oversee operations, inspections, and investor tours as needed.
• Elevate marketing and customer service to retain residents.
