Job summary

Laramar is hiring a Community Manager to lead operations at assigned properties in Albuquerque, NM. The role focuses on delivering exceptional resident service, maximizing occupancy, and ensuring financial performance in line with company policies.

You will supervise staff, coordinate leasing activities, and maintain high standards of property upkeep, safety, and compliance while fostering positive owner and resident relations.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent certification. College degree in related field preferred.
• At least 2 years experience in residential property management or related field.
• Additional managerial experience required.
• Experience in Affordable Housing preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Always maintain high-quality customer service.
• Oversee operations to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Follow budget constraints while maintaining high property quality.
• Document financial goals, expenditures, and income accurately.
• Oversee leasing process including applications, pricing, and renewals.
• Supervise staff through hiring, training, and performance management.
• Lead team through regular meetings and clear communication.
