Job summary

The Laramar Group LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee day-to-day property operations and lead a team to achieve financial and operational goals. This role emphasizes exceptional customer service, lease administration, and compliance with company policies.

You will manage tenant relations, assist with leasing processes, analyze occupancy trends, and help maximize occupancy and profitability across assigned properties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in residential property management or related field.
• Must have valid driver license and appropriate vehicle insurance.
• Must be able to read/write in English and perform basic to moderate math functions.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent customer service at all times.
• Assist with resident functions including move outs, transfers, lease renewals, and inquiries.
• Analyze leasing reports and occupancy trends; document resident files.
• Oversee rent-related processes including collections and notices.
• Foster healthy community relations and support retention and renewals.
• Assist with leasing processes while ensuring compliance with laws.
• Maximize occupancy and profitability of community properties.
• Fulfill additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
