You will train staff, respond to reviews, and maintain compliance with applicable laws while supporting growth and a stable property culture. This role offers base pay with commissions and benefits.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in multi-family community management or 4+ years in a leadership role within the field.
• Experience managing a single community with 500 units.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead on-site team to deliver resident services.
• Oversee leasing activity and drive occupancy goals.
• Conduct property walks for cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Manage resident relations and resolve concerns promptly.
• Handle budgeting, financial reporting, and expenses.
