The role includes supervising staff and assets, maintaining an attractive property to maximize occupancy, partnering with marketing, showing homes, and preparing the operating budget to improve profitability. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in property management are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of property management experience; multi-family/manufactured home setting preferred.
• Strong operational, collaborative and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the resources and assets of the property, including staff, buildings, roads and amenities.
• Ensure property is clean and attractive to maximize occupancy.
• Partner with marketing to attract residents and provide excellent customer service.
• Show homes when they become available.
• Analyze, prepare and manage the community's operating budget to improve profitability.
