Bryten in Tucson is seeking a Community Manager with student housing experience to lead daily operations and coach a growing team. You will manage budgets, rent collections, and resident communications while overseeing leasing processes and compliance.

Coordinate maintenance, ensure curb appeal, address resident concerns, and report to the Asset Director. This on-site role emphasizes safety, community engagement, and client communications with a strong emphasis on inclusivity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multi-family leasing management experience.
• Strong financial and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• A high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
