Job summary

The Michaels Organization is seeking an on-site Community Manager to oversee daily operations of a multifamily property, manage staff, and ensure customer service excellence. You will handle budgeting, payroll, and resident relations while maintaining property standards.

Ideal candidates bring supervisory experience, strong communication, and a commitment to compliance with housing regulations. The role may require some evenings and weekends to meet resident needs.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• PM certification or designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the community.
• Supervise staff and manage budgeting and payroll
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
• Coordinate resident services and respond to concerns
• Maintain property condition and oversee inspections
• Prepare annual budget with leadership
• Perform other duties as assigned
