Our multi-family community, Sugar Mill, currently has a full-time Community Manager opportunity available.

As a Community Manager, you will lead our community staff to achieve excellence, help potential residents find their new dream home, and ensure current residents are satisfied with our community and the IRT family.

What We Need From You
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of multi-family community management experience
  • Experience managing a community with 250 units
  • Renovations experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail, planning, budgeting, and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to analyze rent rolls and financial reports
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Entrata (preferred), Yardi, or RealPage
  • Experience with LRO or Yieldstar
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
  • Valid Driver’s License
