As our portfolio grows, so do our Community Teams! We are hiring Community Managers at various locations across the Greater Phoenix Area. If this community isn’t the right fit, our recruiters will discuss other opportunities.

Role Overview: You will work at one of our communities, delivering exceptional customer service to residents and overseeing daily operations.

Responsibilities:
  1. Meet or exceed revenue targets by setting rent rates, managing expenses, and monitoring delinquency. Prepare financial reports with forecasting and proactive plans.
  2. Coach and mentor team members, coordinating activities and goals.
  3. Manage hiring and employee performance through HR processes.
  4. Conduct property inspections and oversee property enhancements.
Qualifications:
  1. Minimum 2 years property management experience in a luxury multifamily setting.
  2. Lease-up experience preferred.
  3. Proven coaching and development skills.
  4. BA degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  5. Financial proficiency and high proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  6. Excellent communication and professional presence.
  7. Experience with Resman, Yardi, or similar systems is desirable.
  8. Basic English language skills.

Starting pay is $65,000, with bonuses and allowances, based on experience and community complexity.
