As a Community Manager, you will work at one of our beautiful communities and represent Mark-Taylor through the delivery of exceptional customer service for our residents and potential future residents while overseeing the day to day operations of the community.

You're Excited About This Role Because You Will:

  • Meet or exceed targeted revenue expectations by setting rent rates, managing operating expenses, and diligently monitoring aged delinquency. Prepare and review monthly financial reports with intuitive forecasting and a proactive plan for the financial performance of the asset
  • Coach, mentor, and inspire a team of administrative and service personnel, coordinating their activities and individual goals through tactical planning
  • Oversee the hiring process and ongoing employee performance management through courageous conversations and applicable HR processes.
  • Conduct regular property inspections, propose, and own the resolution plan and execution of property enhancements.

We're Excited to Meet You! Ideally, You Will Bring:

  • 2 years of property manager experience in a luxury multifamily setting is required.
  • Previous lease-up experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated coaching and development ability.
  • BA degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
  • Financial acumen with high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional presence.
  • Experience using Resman, Yardi, or similar is especially desirable.
  • A basic understanding of written and verbal English.

The starting rate of pay for Manager of Community Operations is $65,000, commensurate with experience and dependent on the specific community's level of complexity. This position is eligible for monthly bonuses and a wardrobe allowance.
