MG Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager for Eleanor Apartments in Milpitas, CA. This role oversees team leadership, marketing, and day-to-day operations to ensure the property thrives.

The position requires strong supervisory skills, a track record in fast-paced communities, and a focus on budgeting and operations. Milpitas location with competitive compensation and benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Must have RECENT experience managing a fast-paced apartment community.
• Supervisory/management experience a must.
• Yardi experience preferred.
• Team building and effective management skills a must.
• Demonstrated operations skills including marketing, budgets, sales, etc. are required to make this position a success.
• Must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.

MG Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager for our beautiful property, Eleanor Apartments, located in Milpitas, CA!

This person will be responsible for building and training their team, marketing the property, overseeing and maintaining the budget, and all operational tasks to help the property thrive!

Compensation and Benefits

• $110,000-$115,000 annually DOE
• Monthly and Performance based incentive bonuses
