MG Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager for Russellville Commons in Portland, OR. The role leads building operations, marketing, budgeting and staff development to drive property performance and resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have recent apartment community management experience, supervisory skills, and proficiency with Yardi. A valid driver's license and insurance are required, with compliance consideration for audio recording as applicable.

MG Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager for our beautiful property,Russellville Commons, located in, Portland, OR!

This person will be responsible for building and training their team, marketing the property, overseeing and maintaining the budget, and all operational tasks to help the property thrive!

Qualifications

• Must have RECENT experience managing a fast-paced apartment community!
• Supervisory/management experience a must!
• Yardi experience preferred.
• Team building and effective management skills a must!
• Demonstrated operations skills including marketing, budgets, sales, etc. are required to make this position a success!
• Must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.
