Responsibilities include daily operations, resident concerns, rent collection, and marketing of the community. The ideal candidate has property management experience with LIHTC/lease-up exposure, 1 year in a similar role, strong leadership, and proficiency in Word/Excel.

• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to obtain Real Estate Salesperson License (paid for by the company).
