Qualifications

• Property management experience with LIHTC and lease-up exposure.
• 1 year experience as Community/Property Manager.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to obtain Real Estate Salesperson License (paid for by the company).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the apartment community.
• Handle resident concerns, rent collection, and marketing of the community.
• Lead the site staff and ensure a high level of resident satisfaction.
