The Annex Group seeks a Community Manager to deliver resident-focused service in our Dubuque, IA properties. You will ensure compliant operations, manage daily tasks, and support our mission through excellent customer experiences and strong team leadership.

Responsibilities include budgeting, occupancy targets, reporting, and adherence to LIHTC requirements while maintaining property appearance and safety.

Qualifikationen

• 2-3 years previous management experience
• Must possess authentic and genuine care of others with a strong desire to impact positive change
• Strong work ethic with a desire to learn and grow
• Proficient communicator and listener
• Basic knowledge of accounting and budgeting
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments

• Provide excellent experiences for residents, vendors, community partners, investors, and owners
• Execute resident services that positively impact residents’ lives
• Maintain curb appeal and property appearance standards
• Achieve above average resident survey results
• Manage the property to meet occupancy and budget targets
• Adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures
• Adhere to LIHTC program requirements including annual recertifications and reporting
• Manage property team members and ensure policy adherence
• Document internal and external reporting
• Process daily accounting functions related to financial management, accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Maintain health and safety guidelines
