Fairstead is seeking a seasoned Community Manager for a property to oversee day-to-day operations, leasing compliance, and on-site team leadership. The role ensures adherence to HUD, Fair Housing, ADA, and FCRA while coordinating regulatory reviews and inspections.
You will manage tenant relations, budgets, and vendor partnerships to optimize performance. The position requires at least 3 years of management experience, COS/CPO certification, and experience with affordable housing programs.
