A leading organization is seeking a Community Manager for their New York Solidarity Network. This role involves strategic member advocacy, developing political plans, and engaging with civic leaders while working closely with the Board of Directors. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in advocacy and political campaigns, combined with strong communication skills and social media expertise.
Allegiance Strategies, LLC, a public affairs firm focused on helping clients build a freer, safer, and stronger world, seeks to hire a motivated, organized individual with relevant experience as our Community Manager for New York Solidarity Network (NYSN) beginning in July 2024.
New York Solidarity Network (NYSN) is a New York-based 501(c)4 membership organization that works to promote the American alliance with Israel and the strong relationship the majority of New Yorkers, including Jewish New Yorkers, have with Israel. NYSN members receive recommendations on how they can further our mission. NYSN is searching for a Community Manager who will execute strategic and effective member advocacy. We are looking for someone with experience and organizational skills who will support a team of seasoned operatives, consultants, and an active board of directors.
NYSN, founded in 2022, empowers elected and civil leaders while expressing solidarity with the Jewish community/Israel and creates a strong and sustainable donor network among our members to support leaders, organizations, committees, and charities aligned with our values.
NYSN makes philanthropic recommendations to our members and provides an accessible way for pro-Israel voters and donors to make informed decisions based on their values. Since New York's primary elections are often low turnout and decided by small margins, even a small number of voters, donors, or activists can have a significant impact.
This role reports to the Executive Director. NYSN is based in New York City, with the scope of work covering the entire state of New York.
