StoneCreek Communities is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of multifamily communities in Virginia Beach, ensuring smooth maintenance, rent collection, and lease renewals. The role focuses on resident satisfaction, occupancy, and budget adherence.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in multifamily, with 3+ in a Community Manager role; Entrata experience is preferred and CAM certification is a plus. This position emphasizes leadership, compliance, and strategic leasing.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of multifamily experience, with at least 3 years as a Community Manager.
  • Entrata experience preferred.
  • CAM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the community, including maintenance, rent collection, and lease renewals.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and company policies.
  • Promote resident satisfaction and retention by addressing complaints and requests promptly.
  • Respond to resident surveys and online reviews professionally.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to maintain safety and appearance.
  • Develop marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
  • Supervise staff through hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Monitor budget and control expenditures.
  • Complete monthly training in the company LMS.
