Job summary

Workspace Studio seeks a dedicated Community Manager to engage with users across Google Chat, Discord, and other forums, monitoring activity and surfacing insights to guide product direction.

You will work with Marketing, Product, and Developer Relations to craft engaging content, report on engagement metrics, and promote community events while upholding guidelines and fostering an inclusive community culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in community management or social media management in tech or SaaS.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to explain technical concepts.
• Experience using community platforms like Discord and Google Chat.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proactive problem-solver with a user-focused mindset.
• Fluency in English.
