Halverson and Blaiser Group, Ltd. is seeking a Community Manager to oversee daily on-site operations of assigned properties in the Twin Cities area. You will manage administration, property maintenance, financial tracking and reporting under the Regional Manager's direction.

The Community Manager is responsible for the total on-site operation of the assigned community (ies). He/She is expected to display a strong commitment to company goals, values and the success of the company. Under the immediate direction of the Regional Manager, a Community Manager is responsible for all administration, property maintenance and security, financial tracking and budgeting, recording keeping/reporting components listed below.

COMPENSATION:$65,000-$72,000 annually This is a salaried position with a starting salary dependent on experience and qualifications.
