Brookside Properties in Portland, TN seeks an experienced Community Manager to oversee Moreland and Drakewood Apartments, two USDA Rural Development communities. The role focuses on occupancy management, compliance, resident relations, and day-to-day operations.

This position requires at least 2 years of multifamily property management and USDA Rural Development experience; strong customer service, leadership, and proficiency with Entrata and MS Office are a plus.

• Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Brookside Properties is hiring an experienced Community Manager to oversee Moreland Apartments and Drakewood Apartments in Portland, TN. These are USDA Rural Development communities, making affordable housing experience essential for this role.

What We’re Looking For
