Venterra Realty is seeking a Community Manager for the St. Andrews property to oversee all aspects of operations, drive occupancy and revenue, and lead on-site staff to deliver exceptional resident experiences.

The role requires 3+ years in multifamily leadership, strong budgeting skills, and solid knowledge of Fair Housing laws. You'll work with maintenance and leadership to ensure safety, compliance, and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of proven success in multifamily with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Fair Housing laws and compliance requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Report property liability claims, worker’s compensation claims, and property loss claims.

ROLE: Community Manager

REPORTS TO: Regional Manager or Senior Regional Manager

LOCATION: St. Andrews

THE OPPORTUNITY

The Community Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of property operations, including financial performance, leasing, resident satisfaction, and team leadership. This role ensures the community meets occupancy and revenue goals while maintaining high customer service standards. The Community Manager also leads and develops on-site staff and ensures compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
