Job summary

Venterra Realty is seeking a Community Manager for Botanic Apartments in Georgia. You will oversee all property operations, drive occupancy, manage budgets, and lead on-site teams to deliver exceptional resident service.

Key responsibilities include coaching staff, maintaining compliance with policies and Fair Housing laws, and collaborating with the maintenance team to ensure safety and high-quality service. A strong financial background and proven leadership are essential.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years of proven success in multifamily with leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Fair Housing laws and compliance requirements.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Report property liability claims, worker’s compensation claims, and property loss claims.

ROLE: Community Manager

REPORTS TO: Regional Manager or Senior Regional Manager

LOCATION: Botanic Apartments

THE OPPORTUNITY

The Community Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of property operations, including financial performance, leasing, resident satisfaction, and team leadership. This role ensures the community meets occupancy and revenue goals while maintaining high customer service standards. The Community Manager also leads and develops on-site staff and ensures compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
