Lifestyle Communities seeks a proactive Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial performance of a multi-family property. You will lead leasing and maintenance teams, drive exceptional resident experiences, and ensure budget compliance.

You will collaborate with marketing, legal, human resources, and finance to maintain compliant operations while delivering high-quality service to residents and guests.

Qualifications

  • Requires 2+ years of experience managing operations and supervising staff in hospitality, retail, customer service and/or property management.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee operational and financial performance of an apartment community.
  • Lead leasing and maintenance teams; ensure timely tenant service and property upkeep.
  • Maintain operating within an approved annual budget and monitor financial metrics.

Who You Are

The Home team at LC is looking for a talented individual to elevate our resident and community experience in a values-based manner reflective of our purpose. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the operational and financial performance of an apartment community.

The Difference You Will Make
  • Provides exceptional experience for team members, residents, and guests of multi‑family property.
  • Leads, manages, directs, and develops community leasing and maintenance teams.
  • Ensures property maintenance meets company quality standards at all times and ensures the community operates within an approved budget.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams in marketing, legal, human resources, finance to ensure effective and compliant operations at the community.
  • Ensures the team completes work in accordance with all required compliance standards and applicable regulations.
  • Manages and participates in general leasing and renewal activities and oversees rent collection.
What You'll Bring
  • High school degree or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience managing operations and directly supervising staff in a hospitality, retail, customer service and/or property management environment.
  • Strong leadership aptitude required. Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced, dynamic environment necessary. Outstanding customer service skills required. Strong communication and conflict management resolution skills are necessary.
  • Ability to manage operations within an approved annual budget and strong financial analysis skills needed.
  • Ability to quickly learn property management software is essential.
Direct Reports and Reporting Relationship

You will lead a team of Leasing and Maintenance professionals, in addition to the ability to achieve results by working with others within the organization, regardless of the reporting relationship, is a critical success factor.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to primarily sit; stand; walk; handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, crouching, and crawling; specific vision abilities required for the job include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to focus.

Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to an office environment with regular exposure to project sites.
