Lifestyle Communities in Nashville, TN is seeking a results‑driven Community Manager to oversee the operational and financial performance of a multi‑family apartment community. You will lead leasing and maintenance teams and ensure a superior resident experience for all guests.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting skills, and the ability to collaborate with marketing, legal, human resources, and finance to maintain compliant, high‑quality operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing operations and directly supervising staff in a hospitality, retail, customer service and/or property management environment.
• Strong leadership aptitude; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding customer service skills; strong communication and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to manage operations within an approved annual budget and perform financial analysis.
• Ability to quickly learn property management software.
