Role Description

This is a hybrid role: remote day-to-day with periodic site visits as needed for meetings and inspections. New townhome community in Lakewood's thriving 40Arts District looking for professional management services. Their declaration, bylaws, and 2026 budget are created and they have a vendor network already in place. Your primary focus will be management of the HOA: providing reports, coordinating communications and payments, organizing and attending meetings, and ensuring compliance with Consolidated Lakewood, CO regulations. Additional responsibilities include resolving resident concerns, overseeing property operations, maintaining budgets, and liaising with various stakeholders to enhance community satisfaction and operational efficiency.
