Job description

Love working with people, but ready for a more traditional schedule?

If you’ve built your career in teaching, restaurants, hospitality, retail, or another people-focused role, you may already have exactly the skills needed to be a great Community Manager.

Our client is looking for someone who knows how to connect with all kinds of people, juggle multiple priorities, solve problems on the fly, stay organized, and make people feel welcome and taken care of.

In this role, no two days look exactly the same. You might be welcoming a new member, giving a tour, coordinating an event, solving an unexpected problem, helping someone with a request, or making sure everything is running smoothly.

No real estate, leasing, or co-working experience is required. We’re much more interested in finding someone who is personable, proactive, resourceful, and enjoys being the person others can count on.

If you love the people and variety of teaching or hospitality but are ready for a Monday-Friday, 9-to-5 career, this role gives you the opportunity to use your strengths in a new way while building business, operations, sales, and customer experience skills that can open doors for your career.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive Sales Growth: Lease private office suites by generating leads, giving tours, and closing deals to achieve full occupancy.
  • Build Relationships: Get to know members and local business owners, creating a warm, connected environment where people love to work.
  • Network in the Community: Attend local events, partner with business groups, and promote the space through outreach and social media.
  • Create Buzz: Plan and host engaging events that bring members together and keep the space vibrant.
  • Deliver Excellence: Ensure members have an exceptional experience from move-in to renewal, managing operations with care and professionalism.
  • Own the Numbers: Track tours, conversions, and renewals in HubSpot and stay on top of billing, reporting, and occupancy goals.
What Success Looks Like
  • Your building is full, lively, and known as the place to work and connect in Keller.
  • Members stay, refer friends, and rave about the experience.
  • You consistently meet or exceed your sales and occupancy goals—and have fun doing it.
What We’re Looking For
  • People-focused experience: 4+ years in sales, hospitality, retail, or teaching—anywhere you’ve built relationships, communicated clearly, and driven results.
  • Natural connector: You genuinely enjoy meeting people, understanding their needs, and creating solutions that work.
  • Competitive and goal-oriented: You love a challenge and thrive when there’s a target to hit.
  • Excellent communicator: Confident, warm, and professional in person, on the phone, and in writing.
  • Organized multitasker: Comfortable juggling tours, events, and member requests with ease.
  • Tech-comfortable: Familiar with HubSpot or eager to learn.

If you’re ready to bring your energy, creativity, and relationship-building skills to a growing company where your hustle directly drives success, this is your chance to make a real impact and build a community you’ll be proud of.
