Our team is growing and we’re looking for a true people-person to lead our leasing efforts. As our Lead Leasing Manager, you’ll be the first face prospective tenants meet and the trusted guide who helps them navigate one of life’s biggest decisions: where they’ll live.

This is not a behind-the-scenes role. It’s for someone who thrives on interaction, loves being out in the community, and genuinely gets energy from meeting new people every day. If you’re a go-getter who enjoys solving problems, building trust quickly, and delivering excellent service, you’ll feel right at home here.

What You'll Do
Build Relationships & Help People Find Home
  • Meet prospective tenants, learn what they’re looking for, and show properties this is the heart of the role
  • Guide renters through a process that can feel stressful with confidence, patience, and care
  • Be the friendly, knowledgeable point person who makes the entire leasing experience feel clear and supportive from the first inquiry to move-in day and beyond
  • Build trust quickly by being responsive, helpful, and genuinely invested in the outcome
Marketing & Property Presentation
  • Write descriptions that bring properties to life and help people imagine themselves there
  • Photograph and showcase properties at their best across multiple platforms
  • Think creatively about how to reach the right tenants for each unique property
Leasing & Sales
  • Conduct engaging property showings that help people envision their life in a space
  • Guide applicants through paperwork and verification with clear communication and strong follow-up, including negotiating lease terms and length
  • Achieve occupancy goals by building trust and delivering exceptional service
Lease Administration & Tenant Relations
  • Prepare lease agreements in DocuSign with careful attention to detail
  • Screen prospective tenants professionally and thoroughly
  • Conduct warm, informative new tenant orientations and move-in/move-out inspections
  • Be a consistent, friendly point of contact who makes transitions smooth
Communication & Coordination
  • Respond quickly and thoughtfully to inquiries
  • Communicate clearly and positively via email, phone, and in-person
  • Collaborate with teammates and property owners to solve problems and exceed expectations
  • Balance office work with time in the field meeting people and visiting properties
  • Flexibility for occasional evening and weekend work to accommodate renters'
What We're Looking For
Experience & Skills
  • 5-7+ years in real estate, property management, sales, hospitality, or customer service (most important quality is people skills, we will train the right person)
  • Natural relationship-builder who genuinely enjoys meeting new people every day
  • Strong listener who understands people's needs and helps them find solutions
  • Organized multitasker who can juggle conversations, showings, and follow-ups
  • Detail-oriented but never loses sight of the person behind the paperwork
  • Comfortable with computers and digital tools and moving quickly in a fast-paced business environment
  • Excellent communicator who writes warm, clear emails and connects easily in person
Must-Haves
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Strong work ethic paired with a warm, approachable personality
  • Genuine enthusiasm for helping people and the real estate field
  • Schedule that sometimes requires evenings and weekends
This job is for you if you:
  • Get energy from meeting new people and hearing their stories
  • Enjoy being “on the move” and interacting with renters all day
  • Love helping someone go from being stressed and overwhelmed to confident and excited about their new home
  • Take pride in providing exceptional service
  • Bring positivity and problem-solving energy to challenges
  • Want a role with responsibility, visibility, and room to grow
  • Thrive in a team environment where people support each other
Why Join Us?

We’re a boutique, family-run real estate and property management firm, and that’s exactly what makes us different. We’ve built our business from the ground up, and we’ve earned our reputation through consistency, relationships, and service. The result: multiple five-star reviews, long-term clients who stay with us for years, and referrals that come from people who truly trust us.

This is a role for someone ambitious, someone who wants more than “just a job.” If you’re the kind of person who thrives on ownership, takes pride in doing things the right way, and wants to keep leveling up, you’ll find real opportunity here. You’ll have room to grow, expand your responsibilities, and build a long-term career path through hands-on experience, mentorship, and ongoing professional development.

No two days are the same. You might start with morning coffee reviewing applications, head out to show a row house to an excited first-time renter, troubleshoot a question by phone, photograph a newly renovated unit, and wrap up by welcoming new residents at a lease signing. It’s fast-paced, people-centered, and never boring.

Most importantly, we operate like a true team. We enjoy working together, we support each other, and we care deeply about the experience we create for every renter and owner. In our world, clients aren’t names on a spreadsheet: every team member knows every client, and every interaction matters.

• Salary: $60,000–$100,000 (commensurate with experience)

• Bonus: Performance-based incentive structure

• Health Benefits: Full Health Plan with generous contribution to medical, dental, and vision insurance

• Retirement: 401(k) plan with employer matching
