What We Are Looking For

We seek a Community Manager to oversee operations at our upcoming property in Denver, CO. You will be responsible for resident satisfaction, apartment maintenance, marketing, and financial performance. This is a full-time role with benefits. Pay range: $41.00 - $43.27/hour with housing available.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee daily operations ensuring safety, maintenance, and a welcoming environment.
  2. Lead and supervise on-site staff, guiding customer service, leasing, and resident relations.
  3. Manage leasing processes, including marketing, tours, applications, and lease signing.
  4. Maintain budgets, prepare financial reports, and monitor expenditures.
  5. Conduct inspections to ensure property standards and compliance.
  6. Administer resident programs to foster community and satisfaction.
  7. Oversee renovations, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  8. Ensure compliance with housing regulations.
  9. Handle resident concerns professionally and promptly.
  10. Prepare and review operating budgets quarterly.
  11. Maintain records of resident transactions.
  12. Collaborate with corporate leadership and staff to meet community goals.
  13. Drive for business purposes as needed.
Who You Are (Requirements)
  • 2-3 years of property management experience, especially in luxury/conventional communities.
  • Experience in managing daily operations with strong leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and rent collection.
  • Proficiency with property management software (Yardi, MRI).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for customer service and community building.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
