Riverstone Communities LLC is seeking a qualified Community Manager for Shangri-La Mobile Home Park in Colorado Springs, CO. The role focuses on delivering exceptional resident experiences, maintaining high occupancy, and managing day-to-day operations.

You will lead a team, oversee vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with housing guidelines while supporting company growth and resident satisfaction. The position offers comprehensive benefits and a flexible, supportive work environment.

Formación

• 3+ years of management experience, preferably in property management/mobile home property management.
• 3+ years of proven excellent customer service experience through various methods - in person, over the phone, etc.
• 3+ years of experience managing a successful team and vendor relationships.
• Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver’s license.
• Active role requiring walking, bending, standing and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Proficiency with internet, Google or Microsoft programs and email.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service toward residents, prospective residents, guests and local municipalities.
• Work toward or maintain a 100% occupancy rate on a consistent basis.
• Collect rent and fees in a timely manner and follow up on late payments.
• Ensure 100% compliance with company home standards; walk the community daily to assess compliance.
• Manage a property budget and maximize community profitability.
• Attend to community needs outside normal business hours during emergencies.
• Plan and execute quarterly resident events.
• Set high standards for self and team and manage to performance expectations.
• Maintain the property office and complete general office work to deadline.
• Follow up on prospects and applicants promptly.
• Adhere to Fair Housing guidelines and local/state requirements.

We are currently seeking a qualified Community Managerfor our Shangri-La Mobile Home Park located in 3526 N Cascade Ave Colorado Springs, CO 80907.

The Community Managerposition includes, but is not limited to:

• Provide excellent customer service towards residents, prospective residents, guests and local municipalities to help build and maintain relationships
• Work towards or maintain a 100% occupancy rate on a consistent basis
• Collection of all rent and fees in a timely manner, including following up with specific residents on late rent payments
• Ensure 100% compliance to company home standards, including walking the community daily to assess compliance
• Manage an established property budget - not exceeding the amount allocated and maximizing the communities’ profitability
• Attend to community needs outside of normal business hours when emergencies arise
• Plan and execute quarterly resident events
• Set high standards for yourself and your team, manage to performance expectations
• Maintain the property office to required standards and ensure general office work is completed to deadline
• Perform prompt follow-up and follow-through on prospects and applicants
• Adhere to all state, government, and local requirements to meet and exceed the expectations of all Fair Housing guidelines
• Be invested in the mission and vision of Riverstone Communities and the specific property you support
• Other duties as qualified and trained to do so

Community Manager Requirements:

• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• 3+ years of experience within management, preferably in property management/mobile home property management
• 3+ years of proven excellent customer service experience through various methods - in person (verbally), over the phone (written), etc
• 3+ year of experience managing a successful team as well as vendor relationships
• Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver’s license
• Ability to be very active - walking, bending, standing and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Computer proficiency, including using the internet, Google or Microsoft programs and email, etc.
• Ability to take initiative and seek out details and information
