RHP Properties, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Technician for Dessau Fountain Estates in Austin, TX to perform general grounds maintenance and basic repairs to community homes, supporting safe, well-kept living spaces.

This full-time role includes on-site responsibilities, on-call duties, and opportunities to advance within a national leader in manufactured home communities; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.

Competenze

Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Valid operator’s license with clean driving record.
Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, HVAC, and carpentry.
May need to provide own tools.

Mansioni

Perform maintenance to ensure homes and community areas are in proper condition.
Execute assigned work orders and report status to the Community Manager timely and efficiently.
Promote goodwill by handling all contacts with residents, prospective residents, visitors and other employees in a spirit of courtesy, cooperation and attentiveness.
Use established procedures to identify deficiencies and take immediate action with community manager approval.
Ensure community grounds are appropriately manicured with weed control, leaves, mulch, and shrub maintenance.
Remove and dispose of garbage on community grounds, including common areas and resident sites to maintain appearance.
Perform snow removal using snow blower, shovel or plow as applicable.
Advise Community Manager of improper waste disposal or bulky items needing pickup.
Perform regular inventories of maintenance equipment and supplies.
Maintain order and appearance of garage and storage areas.
Maintain all maintenance and grounds equipment.
Comply with health and safety laws to reduce accidents.
Perform seasonal pre-maintenance service on schedule.
Remain available for on-call duties.
Participate in refurbishing Community Owned homes.
Perform repairs and maintain water and sewer lines.
