Job summary

Campbell Property Management in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the appearance, safety, and functionality of the community's buildings, amenities, and common areas. You will perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and inspections while delivering excellent resident service and coordinating with the HOA Board or Community Association Manager.

This full-time role runs Monday–Friday 7:30 am–3:30 pm, with up to $23 per hour DOE.

Qualifications

Moderate carpentry and light electrical skills.
High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HOA buildings, amenities, and common areas.
Conduct regular inspections of community facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
Repair and maintain plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, flooring, and other building systems.
Maintain swimming pools, clubhouses, fitness centers, playgrounds, sidewalks, fences, gates, and other community amenities.
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and mechanical systems.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.
Coordinate with outside contractors for specialized repairs and projects.
Maintain landscaping support as needed, including irrigation repairs and debris removal.
