Qualifications

• Three years of painting or drywall experience required.
• Complete basic maintenance classes and on-the-job training within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Address, follow up and document service requests.
• Maintain inventory of supplies.
• Diagnose HVAC problems and repair components as needed.
• Install and finish drywall of all sizes using current methods.
• Prepare areas for painting including prep work and masking.
• Repair drywall and plaster with current techniques.
• Complete preventive maintenance inspections as scheduled.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
• Maintain personal tools per SMC checklist.
• Address emergency maintenance as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
• Contribute to community engagement efforts.
