CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to deliver high-quality patient care in the community. You will assess needs, administer medications, monitor vitals, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes.

The role requires NCLEX-PN completion, active LPN/LVN license, and EMR proficiency (Epic preferred). Strong communication and ethical handling of patient data are essential.

Formación

Active LVN/LPN license in good standing.
NCLEX-PN passed.
Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation standards.
Experience with phlebotomy, vaccines, and point-of-care testing.

Responsabilidades

Administer medications (oral, injectable, IV, topical).
Assess patient needs and document responses.
Monitor vital signs and look for abnormalities.
Support patients with access to healthcare and community resources.
Document medical history accurately in EMR.
Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
