Prosper Community Care Services in Jonesboro, AR is seeking dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide direct care and skill-building support in a group residential setting. You will assist individuals with daily living activities, promote independence, safety, and community integration in accordance with DDS Provider Standards and Person-Centered Service Plans (PCSP).

A high school diploma, valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to complete required

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age 18.
• Valid Driver's License and liability insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screen.
• CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• DDS pre-service and annual training.

Aufgaben

• Know each individual's medical needs, medications, strengths, and support needs.
• Implement PCSP goals and objectives.
• Support daily routines and structured schedules.
• Assist with independent living skills (budgeting, shopping, meals, hygiene, chores).
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment.
• Accompany individuals to community activities.
• Follow Behavior Support Plans and collect applicable data.
• Complete daily progress notes and documentation.
• Maintain communication with supervisors and team members.
• Report incidents and complete required reports per DDS standards.
• Protect participant rights and confidentiality.
