Job summary

Psychotherapeutic-Service is seeking a facility-based Community Living Shift Leader for the 1 PM–9 PM shift to support residents in independent community living through rapport, teaching, and engaging activities.

The role also serves as the first-line supervisor for Community Living Specialists and less experienced staff and may perform direct care tasks as needed.

POSITION SUMMARYPsychotherapeutic Services is looking for facility based, Community Living Shift Leader for the 1PM-9PM shift.The Community Living Shift Leader's goal is to:increase persons’ capacity for independent community living through the establishment of rapport with persons, role-modeling, teaching, and the provision of activities and learning experiencesserve as first line supervisor for Community Living Specialists and less experienced workers and may perform direct care tasksEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:High School Diploma or GED; plus one (1) adult mental health experience required. Preferred - Associate Degree (Certificated Nursing Assistance (CNA), Medical Technicians (Med Tech.) /or related certified professional. College degree may replace experience requirement.Med tech certification is a plus
