Job summary

A Bright Future, Inc is seeking a compassionate and dependable Community Living Instructor (CLI) to provide one-on-one support to an individual with disabilities in Hayward and surrounding areas, with occasional travel to San Ramon. This is a very part-time role, roughly 3 hours per shift, 2 days per week (about 6 hours weekly).

As a CLI you will teach independent living skills in home and community, focusing on independence, safety, and confidence through personalized care and encouragement.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license or reliable transportation.
• Will undergo drug screening.
• DOJ fingerprint clearance required.
• TB test negative.
• CPR/First Aid cert or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
• Compassionate, reliable, and committed to supporting individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support in the home and community.
• Assist with personal care, meal preparation, household tasks, and daily routines.
• Support community outings, appointments, and recreational activities.
• Promote independence, communication, and social skills.
• Monitor participant health and safety and report concerns.

A Bright Future, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dependable Community Living Instructor (CLI) to provide one-on-one support to an individual with developmental and intellectual disabilities in Hayward and surrounding areas. The position may also require travel to San Ramon as needed.

This is a very part-time position ideal for someone looking to supplement their income while making a meaningful impact.

Position Overview

As a CLI, you will provide direct support and teach independent living skills in the participant's home and community. Your goal is to promote independence, safety, and confidence through personalized care and encouragement.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support in the home and community

Compensation
