Zusammenfassung

The Arc NCR is seeking a Community Partners Coach- DSP to support people with differing abilities in the community and home settings. You will guide skill-building, facilitate experiential learning, and advocate for rights and safety in all activities.

Role requires high school diploma, 1–2 years of relevant experience, and proficiency with MS Office. Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license; flexibility in scheduling is expected.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of experience supporting people with differing abilities in community-based settings preferred.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).

• Support and guide individuals in community and home-based activities to achieve personal outcomes.
• Encourage development of mutually rewarding relationships with community members and organizations.
• Use tools to expand participation and opportunities in chosen activities.
• Assist individuals in increasing participation in community activities and engagement.
• Promote health and safety of individuals in all settings and activities.
• Provide guidance to acquire new independence skills for daily life.
• Develop positive interactions with team members to support The Arc NCR’s mission.
• Collaborate with teammates to gain knowledge for effective support in various settings.
• Accurately complete and submit documentation including attendance, mileage, and vehicle logs.
• Maintain precise records of behavioral and medical information for data submission.
