Job summary

Easterseals is hiring a Community Living Floater to support individuals with disabilities at home and in the community. The role includes daily assistance, education, and advocacy in line with each person’s support plan.

You will work with a team to ensure services meet guidelines and funder requirements, with opportunities for year-round training and benefits as a full-time employee.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of direct supports experience.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work with multiple computer systems.
• Driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work varied day or night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily assistance and supports for individuals with disabilities in their homes and community.
• Deliver education and advocacy as outlined in each support plan.
• Ensure services meet organizational guidelines, funder requirements, and accreditation standards.
