Job summary

The Arc Northern Chesapeake Region in Belcamp/Aberdeen, MD seeks a Community Living Coach-DSP to support individuals in a dignified, integrated environment and provide necessary supports to participate in their communities.

Responsibilities include personal care, meals, budgeting, transportation, and documentation. Requires high school diploma; CNA/GNA preferred; CPR/First Aid preferred. This is an on-site, full-time role with benefits.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in a residential setting preferred.
• CNA/GNA certification preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (toileting, feeding, hygiene) as needed.
• Assist with daily living skills (meals, shopping, grooming, job skills, home maintenance).
• Schedule and transport to community events, worksites and appointments.
• Maintain safe, clean residence and complete daily documentation (logs, medication, behavioral).
• Assist with budgeting/financial guidance and IP/BP compliance.
• Support training of new team members and comply with policies.
