Job summary

First Realty Management is seeking a Resident Activities Director in Brockton, MA, to lead and coordinate resident programs, events, and services. The role collaborates with site management to foster a Quality Community and positive resident relations.

Responsibilities include planning activities, managing budgets, coordinating with local resources, and supporting education programs for residents. A Bachelor’s degree and experience in social services or related fields are preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle sensitive issues with confidentiality, diplomacy & tact.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and the Internet.
• Current certification in First Aid and CPR.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and supervise social, educational, and recreational activities.
• Develop and administer resident programs and services.
• Coordinate annual community events and newsletters.
• Outreach to new residents about RAD programs and services.
• Oversee budgeting for RAD program and related grants.
