Job summary

First Realty Management in Brockton, MA is seeking a qualified Resident Activities Director (RAD) to join a property team. This full-time position (Monday–Friday, including resident events) will develop and administer resident programs and services to enhance the Community of Quality.

The RAD will work with site management to plan social, educational, and recreational activities, coordinate campus events, manage budgets, and engage with residents and local networks to promote community growth

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Discretion and tact in handling sensitive information.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Internet.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and supervise social, educational, and recreational activities for residents.
• Coordinate outreach to new residents and information about RAD programs.
• Develop a local social service network and maintain referral lists.
• Prepare and manage the RAD budget and related reporting.
• Oversee newsletters and coordination of annual site events and programs.
• Support resident services and maintain confidentiality in all matters.
