Job summary

The Village at LifeQuest in Quakertown, PA is seeking an Activities Aide - Community Life Assistant for a full-time day shift. You will help plan and support resident engagement, coordinate events, and work with the Resident Engagement Director to maintain engagement calendars.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, DHS RA certification, and current First Aid/CPR certifications. Applicants must be 18+ and willing to complete required annual training.

Responsibilities

• Suggest activities to meet the physical, intellectual, emotional, spiritual, occupational, and social needs of residents.
• Assist Resident Engagement Director in posting monthly and daily Engagement calendar of regular and special events.
• Be knowledgeable of each resident's assessment and service plan.
• Coordinate and facilitate programs with volunteers when necessary.
• Demonstrates awareness of and sensitivity to the needs of residents and their families.
