(And outer lying counties: Ventura, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, Kern, San Bernadino, Riverside, San Diego and Imperial Counties)
Must be willing and able to travel by car daily within the in assigned territory.
Must be willing and able to travel OVERNIGHT 25% within the assigned territory.

The purpose of the community liaison is to liaise between the facility and referral sources to market Willow Springs Center and to educate the greater community on services that could be provided to referrals.
This position is necessary to educate the greater community about the services offered to treat children with psychiatric disorders. Without their work, referrals sources may not know the opportunities available for patients and much needed care would never be established.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in a behavioral health area, marketing, business administration or related field.
Experience: A minimum three (3) years of experience in a health care business development management position preferred, with extensive business development experience resulting in measurable results, preferred direct experience developing managed care with knowledge in the areas of capitation and at-risk areas. In addition, detailed knowledge of psychiatric and chemical dependency issues.
