Ennoble Care is seeking a full-time Community Liaison for the Fairfax, VA region to promote House Call and Hospice services in area hospitals and facilities. The role centers on generating referrals, analyzing markets, and coordinating outreach with healthcare partners.

Candidates should have 3+ years in health-adjacent marketing or related fields, be organized, and possess strong communication skills. Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience in marketing, nursing or social work interacting with health agencies/professionals.
• Must be organized and detail oriented.
• Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Must be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the potential of the service area to determine target markets.
• Visit Doctor's offices, hospitals, Assisted Living facilities, Skilled Nursing Facilities to obtain patient referrals.
• Analyze the organization's strengths and weaknesses.
• Analyze past and current marketing data.
• Complete an analysis of the product line.
• Analyze patient/company relationships.
• Develop sales/marketing objectives and sales projections.
• Develop a marketing plan with priorities and timetable.
• Implement marketing plan within timetable.
• Review and evaluate analyses and plans regularly.
• Attend IDG meetings as appropriate.
• Assist office staff with updates as needed.
• Provide community outreach and education.

Job Summary

Ennoble Care is seeking a full-time, preferred experienced Community Liaison for our Fairfax, VA region and the surrounding areas! The Community Liaison will be responsible for interaction in specific hospitals in the area and promoting company House Call and Hospice services.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the potential of the company's service area to determine target markets.
• Visit Doctor' offices, hospitals, Assisted Living facilities, Skilled Nursing Facilities and other possible sources of referrals to present Agency credentials and obtain patient referrals.
• Analyze the company's organization to determine its strengths and weaknesses.
• Analyze past and current marketing data.
• Complete an analysis of the company's "product" line.
• Analyze patient/company relationships.
• Develop sales/marketing objectives and sales projections.
• Develop a marketing plan, identifying priorities and sets a reasonable timetable.
• Implement marketing plan staying within established timetable.
• Review and evaluate the analyses and plan on an established basis.
• Attend IDG meetings, as appropriate.
• Assist office staff as needed with going to updates, etc.
• Provide community outreach and education.

Base Salary: $50,000 - $95,000, Plus: Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Bonuses
