Willow Springs Center seeks a Community Liaison to cover the Northern California and Oregon region, based in Northern California. You will build partnerships with hospitals, providers and community groups while traveling regularly by car within the territory, including overnight stays up to 25%.
In this role you will manage referrals (about 160 sources monthly), develop community workshops, and identify new accounts to expand services for youth ages 6 to 17. A BA in a related field is preferred.

This position requires the candidate to be based out of Northern California.
San Francisco, San Mateo, Sacramento, Placer and surrounding counties. This territory includes ALL outer lying counties including North to the Oregon Border and South to Monterey-Kings-Tulare-Inyo Counties.
Must be willing and able to travel by car daily within the in assigned territory.
Must be willing and able to travel OVERNIGHT 25% within the assigned territory.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in a behavioral health area, marketing, business administration or related field.
Experience: A minimum three (3) years of experience in a health care business development management position preferred, with extensive business development experience resulting in measurable results, preferred direct experience developing managed care with knowledge in the areas of capitation and at-risk areas. In addition, detailed knowledge of psychiatric and chemical dependency issues.
