Job summary

Fairfax Behavioral Health, a UHS facility in Kirkland, seeks a Community Liaison to join the Business Development team. The role focuses on creating demand for services through ethical marketing and sales, while presenting a professional public image of the facility to the community.

Responsibilities include implementing the strategic sales plan, managing assigned territory, and collaborating with leadership to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field required; experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Three years minimum documented experience in referral development, account management, sales growth, and physician relationships.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
• Knowledge of marketing and sales principles, customer service, and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop demand for the facility’s services through ethical marketing principles and sales methods.
• Present a positive and professional public image of Fairfax Behavioral Health within the community.
• Implement the facility’s strategic sales plan and manage assigned territory and accounts to meet business goals.
• Collaborate with the Director of Business Development and team to support departmental objectives.
• Work hours may include day, evening, and weekend shifts as required.
