Qualifications

• Active LGSW license in the District of Columbia.
• 1–2 years of experience in mental health, community services, or related fields preferred.
• Knowledge of DSM-5, trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial assessments, individual and group counseling.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate evidence-based interventions within the MHRS framework.
• Deliver community support services, including life skills training.
• Coordinate care across systems and provide referrals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EHR.

Education

Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited institution
