Job summary

Landmark Properties is seeking a proactive Leasing & Marketing Assistant to help plan community events and engage with students and prospective residents on and off campus. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, executing marketing activities, and supporting the Community Manager in achieving goals.

The successful candidate will supervise tours, maintain curb appeal, track leasing data, and assist in housing fairs and vendor relations.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and a quality leader to the Community Ambassadors.
• Ability to assist in move-in related activities and campus events.
• Strong customer service orientation and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain model and tour route on a daily basis.
• Assist with the maintenance of property curb appeal.
• Assist in tracking and reporting of leasing data, metrics and goals.
• Assist in developing and executing methods to retain residents and gain new ones.
• Create and maintain relationships with vendors.
• Organize and manage monthly resident events.
• Organize and manage monthly marketing events.
• Prepare for and execute housing fairs and other on campus events.
• Assist with social media campaigns to maintain a social media presence.
• Ensure follow up activities take place for all prospective residents.
